Functional press. Resistance exercises allow you to synergistically train the extensor muscles of the legs, particularly the extensors of the hips, knees, and ankles. |
Pull Down/Dips
The main difference between this machine and traditional strength training equipment is the linear motion, which significantly reduces joint stress. The downward pull exercise provides a combined workout of the chest, arm and shoulder muscles, while also working the postural muscles to help stabilize the spine. Push-ups in the lower grip position work the shoulder girdle and abdominal muscles.
Leg Press Machine.
Combination exerciser for functional training of the anterior thigh muscles and hamstrings in a seated position.
To avoid overloading the knee ligaments, the unit has an individually adjustable pressure roller that ensures optimal biomechanics by fixing the knee joint axis.
This includes:
-Motion limiter;
-Multi-dimensionally adjustable seat.
The seated flexion-extension exercise includes special soundproofing elements between the weight plates.
Continuous Passive Motion Therapy
Continuous passive motion (CPM) devices are used in the early stages of lower extremity rehabilitation, surgery, or injury. The CPM device continuously and repeatedly moves the joint in a controlled range of motion.
Daily treatment increases initially limited joint motion and is used to prevent the negative effects of joint immobilization, such as joint stiffness, swelling, poor cartilage nutrition, collagen loss or thromboembolism. Thanks to passive movements, the therapy ensures the safe development of the entire healing and tissue repair process.
Passive motion also reduces postoperative pain and the likelihood of inflammation. CPM also maintains range of motion and has a positive effect on muscle strength. CPM stimulates chondrocyte metabolism, which is important for the overall regeneration process.
The use of CPM results in fewer medications for patients, earlier hospital discharge, less outpatient care, and lower costs for the entire healthcare system.

From now on this equipment will help the rehabilitation team of the Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.V. Sklifosovsky.
The Explosive model is 6-fold, allowing for perfect explosive strength training.
The cable outlets can be moved in 3 dimensions and are equipped with a cable extension. In this series, the models have an additional pulley on the base plate, which increases the already very wide range of exercises, including optimal options for training the rear muscles of the foot.
Thanks to the use of high quality guide rollers and bearings, the traction machines are very smooth and quiet.
From now on this equipment will support the rehabilitation team of the Poltava Regional Clinical Hospital named after M.V. Sklifosovsky.
